South Georgia Pride is looking for volunteers for the 2018 Pride Festival on September 15, 2018. The best way to contact us is by filling out the Volunteer Application. A volunteer orientation event as well as time and schedules will be created closer to the event.

We invite you to be a vendor at our 9th annual festival this year! Your business, organization, non profit or church is welcome to sign up. South Georgia Pride, Inc does reserve the right to deny a application based on what we feel may not be appropriate for our festival. Our festival is family friendly and we make sure our vendors abide by that policy. We also make sure our festival is a safe space for our LGBTQ community and allies.
Booths are 10X10 and vendors must provide their own tent, table & chairs. Limited Electricity spots are available for an extra fee.
PAY BY AUGUST 1ST AND SAVE!
For Profit paid/postmarked by July 31st- $60 (August 1st and after $75)
Non Profit paid/postmarked July 31st- $35 (August 1st and after $50)
$25.00 ELECTRICITY if available (August 1st and after $35.00)
Food vendors must be pre approved. We have limited space and we make sure we don’t duplicate food vendors. We prefer that food vendors bring their own generators. If electricity is needed you will need to email Raynae Jones at email@example.com to see if it is possible.
